Return Policy

Purchases made on our site, as all the purchases made remotely via telephone or correspondence, since they occur outside of business premises, they are regulated by the Decree 185 of 22 May 1999, which provides the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The client can exercise the right of withdrawal within a period of 10 working days from receipt of goods.

This right is the ability to return the purchased goods, without penalty and without specifying the reason, resulting in a refund of the purchase price.
 

Procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the said period of 10 working days from receipt of goods, a written notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt at: G.M.T. 2000 Srl – Via Roccolo 17 – 21014 Laveno Mombello (Va).

The notice may be sent, within the same term, by telegram or fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.

Such notification must include the codes of the products you intend to return and directions on how to proceed with the reimbursement of the expenses incurred and any bank details.

The products in question must be returned by the customer, at the same address used for the registered letter, in conditions of substantial integrity and in their original packaging.

Once we have received and checked the goods, we will credit the customer the cost of returned products in the shortest possible time.

Where necessary, we will cover the amount of the shipping costs that will be charged to the customer.
